Dave has been a club member since 1997 and is currently the club's web master.  Dave created the club's web site and now maintains it.  Dave tries to participate in many of the club's activities including several club sponsored classes and the annual club show.

Dave's woodspirit won best of Mythical category at the 2007 Sculpture's in Wood woodcarving show.  It's carved out of cottonwood bark and mounted on driftwood.

 Dave carved this great white for his granddaughter who wanted it for her "tropical" themed bedroom.  It's about a foot long.

Dave carved this eagle for a friend to use on his flagpole at NASCAR races.  It really works and helps him find where he parked after the race is over.  It's a one of a kind at the races.  The gold ball detaches from the base and fits right on top of the flag pole.
